A Timorese feast for Lucas

Our fantastic friends Caffe Strada treated Lucas and Elda to a real treat today - a Timorese feast. Elda and Lucas enjoyed satay lamb, fish curry, prawn pastries, coconut rice and a bunch of other authentic delicacies. With training from our very own Ana Saldanha, Irish chef Steve has become quite proficient in Timorese cooking, and he whipped up the amazing feast all by himself. A huge thank you to Paul Brady and all at Caffe Strada for their ongoing support. They've really given Lucas and Elda a farewell treat to remember.
